We recommend beginning the application process in the fall before you would like to enroll your child. Below are the steps to becoming a CPS family.
STEP 1: SCHEDULE A VIRTUAL INFORMATION SESSION
We offer several virtual information sessions each enrollment season so that parents and caregivers can tour the school, see classes in session, and learn first-hand what makes CPS so special.

STEP 2: COMPLETE ONLINE APPLICATION
We encourage all new families to attend a virtual open house; however, if you are ready to begin the application process you may access the application below.
STEP 3: TEACHER RECOMMENDATION FORM
After you complete your online application, we ask that your child’s teacher complete and return our downloadable teacher recommendation form and consent for academic records release (if applicable for the grade to which your child is applying).
STEP 4: FAMILY INTERVIEW
The virtual family interview will be scheduled once we receive a completed teacher recommendation form. We use this time to get to know your child and family and to answer questions you may have about Community Partnership School.
STEP 5: SUBMIT FINANCIAL AID FORM
CPS raises the majority of our students’ tuition through private donors. Still, each family is required to invest what they are able to their students’ academic experience. A financial aid application will be included in your application packet. We also ask that you include your most recent tax return, if applicable.
We will notify you by mail of our admission decision after March 1. Please note that because of space limitations, not all qualified applicants will be granted admission.
