Planned Giving – Memorial and Endowment Fund

Community Partnership School’s Memorial and Endowment Fund helps the School meet new challenges in fulfilling our mission beyond the current operating budget. Through Living Gifts and Bequests and Endowments, this Fund serves as an important vehicle for securing CPS’ long-term growth and viability for future generations.

Living Gifts provide supporters with a chance to support CPS over and above their donation to the annual fund or a school-hosted event. Such gifts are made as a grant without restriction regarding use. This type of gift provides CPS with the flexibility to successfully fulfill ongoing needs as they arise.

Living Gifts often honor the life and memory of a friend or loved one. They tend to be of a sufficient size to permit the designation of a program in the honoree’s memory.

Bequests and Endowments vary and include gifts of any size that remember CPS in your will, or set up income trusts, annuities, gifts of securities, gifts of real estate, and life insurance gifts. An endowment gift can be designed to meet special interests and individual financial circumstances.

A member of CPS’s Advancement Team will gladly talk with you about the variety of ways to plan the bequest of an endowment to CPS, and members of CPS’ Investment Committee will be happy to work with you and your advisers regarding the most effective way to support CPS’ work in perpetuity via an endowment gift.

United Way: Give via the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southeastern New Jersey Donor Choice Campaign. CPS is Donor Choice # 16200.

Matching Gift/Employee Giving Program: Ask your employer about matching your annual gift to CPS.
