Founded through a partnership between the Germantown Academy and Project HOME communities, Community Partnership School knows firsthand the value of collaboration. Now an independently operated, PAIS-accredited elementary school, we aim to live fully into our name, developing robust partnerships within the community that help our students and families thrive.
