Volunteer at CPS

CPS has a strong history of volunteerism throughout our program - from leadership to the classroom, to special events like Celebrate CPS and Field Day - volunteers play an integral role in the CPS community.

We are thrilled to welcome volunteers back to CPS for the 2022-2023 school year, with limited availability due to COVID safety measures. 

CPS welcomes individuals and groups to our volunteer opportunities.  Per regulations from the Pennsylvania Department of Education, all volunteers 16 and older are required to complete a series of background checks before volunteering on-site at CPS.  For more information about this requirement, please visit the PA Department of Education website.
